In this episode of The Inner Trip, I walk you through a completely honest review of my 90 day game plan and what actually happened over the last quarter. I share where I followed through, where I didn’t, and how to access your own progress without falling into shame, guilt, or self judgment.

We talk about why most people don’t hit their goals, not because they lack discipline, but because they try to do too much at once and never revisit their plan. I break down how to simplify your focus, build real capacity, and create sustainable change that actually lasts.

For this week’s integration, download the 90 day game plan and go through it honestly. Look at what worked, what didn’t, and where you can simplify instead of adding more. Share this episode with a friend who is feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and make sure you are following the show so you never miss a dose. Until next time, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?

Hi kittens, I'm Julie Savone, psychedelic facilitator, integration expert, and your guide for this wild ride, The Inner Trip. 365 days with plant medicine. I've helped hundreds of people use plant medicine, primarily psilocybin, to heal, expand, and step into their next level. But this year, I'm taking it even deeper. For the next 365 days, I'm bringing you with me. I'll be microdosing, journeying, integrating, and exploring what it really means to live a limitless life with plant medicine as a tool, not a crutch. So if you're ready to feel more alive, more clear, more limitless, and you're down to do it with mushrooms and a little bit of sass, you're in the right place. Let's take the inner trip. Hello, kitten! I cannot believe that it is April. Like freshly April, start of Q2. I feel like Q1 just sprinted by me, and knowing all the travel and things that are coming up for me the rest of the year, I cannot imagine how soon I'm going to find myself in 2027. So let me know if you are feeling that same way. I always love when you drop by and send me a message on Instagram. Um, letting me know you listened or what you like. So if you're also feeling like, oh my gosh, this year is just flying by, definitely let me know that as well. My intention with you, because it is the end of Q1, and when it snuck up on me, I had it in my calendar, right, to go over my 90-day game plan. So if you have been listening since 2025, you probably heard me talk at the beginning of the year around about my 90-day game plan, which is something that you can use to plan out 90 days or aka a quarter in advance. Um, something that you may have heard from books like the the 12-week, is it called the 12-week year? Oh gosh, now I'm gonna butcher it. Uh, but it's basically science says that you can't plan more than 12 weeks, 90 days, a quarter, whatever, in advance. Meaning, like, yes, it's great to have goals. We want to have those vision boards, those things to um inspire us, to keep us moving forward. It's important to have them. And it's also just as important to realize when it comes to like planning out the nitty-gritty next steps, actions that are act that are going to move us toward that goal, we can only do that with any amount of accuracy 90 days into the future. So this is something you don't have to do it like at the start of every quarter. You could definitely pick it up, you know, in the middle of February, and it would be a great resource for you. Um, but it's something that I wanted to do every quarter. I had done it at the beginning of the year, January 1, and I wanted to come back and revisit it. And because here we are, end of Q1, beginning of Q2, I thought I am going to take you through the 90-day game plan, but the one that I did at the beginning of January, and just be so honest with you about what I did, what I didn't do, um, what changed, what shifted. And I want to say I have not looked at this um like ahead of time, meaning I haven't tried to sort of you know hedge my bets or make this a super um spin, spun version, right? Because I know I'm wanna I'm not wanna bury the lead. I know that I did not hit my commitment, my declaration um in integrity, which is part of this, my congruent action, which is part of this plan. So I just want to say it at the beginning like I did not hit the action that I committed to taking. I know that. Um, I don't know like the rest of it, right? Um, but I obviously remember what I wrote down for my congruent action, the commitment I was making, and it did not happen. So my intention was just to share like a very honest self-review, um, and to also bring in always the energy of no shame, no guilt, no self-judgment, just observation, right? Neutrality, which is like, hey, I said I was gonna do this, I didn't, and curiosity of like what got in the way versus like I didn't do it, I suck, I'm bad, like I'm never gonna hit my goals. Why did like why am I so um like why am I so worthless, right? This kind of like other narrative that can sometimes happen when we don't do the thing that we said we were going to do. Ultimately, you know, if anyone is in comes into this space, comes into my energy, my presence, and then you know, walks away, the one thing I want them to walk away from with is this remembrance that shame and guilt and judgment are not effective teachers, they're not going to change your behavior, they're going to keep you trapped in a spiral of low energy that is going to prevent you from making a different choice in the future. Whereas energies like neutrality and curiosity are going to allow you to move, to shift, to choose something different. So that's what we're here to do today. Just gonna own it from the beginning that I didn't hit it. So let's go through this game plan together. Also, in the show notes, you can download your own game plan. You can go through this yourself, and as I'm talking, you are also going to be able to, you know, go through it um on your own, make your own um assessment and plan moving forward, and I'll do my best if anything comes up that sometimes trips people up um to explain uh the best way to approach it. And then also I'm going to be opening up in the beginning of Q2 um to doing reviews of your 90-day game plan. I did this in Q1 and people loved it. People sent me their game plans, and basically I gave them feedback on it, looked where we could shite tighten it up, and always make it as practical as possible because my whole thing is always like, is this something that is actually useful that you can take forward and apply in your life? So if it feels like it's a little bit too squishy, too soft, not clear and actionable, we can tighten up that chip as well. So if you go ahead and check the show notes, you download it, you do it yourself, like your game plan, and then you uh send it to me. Um, I'm happy to review it, give you my feedback. I record a video kind of going through it, um, your specific plan and feedback for you, and then you can adjust from there. Also, always open to answering questions about the game plan on Instagram, so you can always send me a DM and happy to go over it. Okay, so let's dive in together, cans. The 90-day game plan. I have it printed off here. The copy that I wrote on. So, yeah, just real quick, right? Like the 90-day game plan is all about like debriefing the last quarter or the last year, very honestly, without the shame or the guilt, diagnosing the root of what was off, if anything, reconnecting with my core values because we want to make sure that our life is a reflection of our values and everything in our life fits in there, versus like prioritizing your business at the detriment of your values, or perhaps even a romantic relationship at the detriment of your values. And so we want a life first, values-first approach to all of this, choosing one aligned focus instead of 12 overwhelming ones, right? Because that's where people always get off track is by trying to do too much all at once. Creating a simple, sustainable 90-day plan, building your capacity, which is really what allows everything to grow, and then integrating microdosing to support you in the process if you choose. That is not necessary, um, but it is supportive, right? And I've gone through a few micro-dosing protocols. As you guys know, I did Unbreakable live uh at the end of last year into the beginning of January. I went through a protocol with my one-to-one client in Living Limitless, which was great. So this is really your quarterly reset. You were just very honest, observational, what's working, what's not, and making a plan to make it all come together. So we wanted to debrief the last quarter or the last year for step one. And so remember, I did this at the end or the beginning of 2025, 2026. And so I'm looking, I decided to look at all of 2025 as like how did it go overall versus like when I do this again when I start fresh and go through my nanny to game game plan, I'm going to um just look at the last quarter. So I wrote um, you know, the three biggest goals, and I talked about whether or not I hit them and how it felt. So I um hit one. I didn't hit two, but the one that I did hit, it didn't feel good. I didn't like the process. And the two that I didn't hit, I actually felt really good about. I was like, you know what? This is like this is some good energy that I'm putting out there, and I'm happy about who I am and who I'm being. Um, and I'm making progress toward them, even if I didn't get them, hit them in the entire in their entirety. Another question to ask yourself about each goal is basically where is this goal coming from? Is it something that I actually want, or is it something that's being projected onto me by society, by family, by Instagram? So I you really want to make sure that you're choosing things from a place of internal desire versus that external force or pressure. And I realized for my goal, especially the one that I hit, even though it didn't feel good, that I was choosing a goal from external force. I was outsourcing a lot of my power. Um, I was prioritizing what other people told me to do instead of listening to my intuition. I was really stuck in fight mode, meaning I would just push through, work long hours, etc. Um, I was also then entering freeze from some burnout, right? Just like shutting down completely, as well as fawn, really looking to certain coaches and people to validate what I was doing or not doing or telling me that it was good enough or whatever else. So there was a lot of misalignment at the end of last year, which I talked about super openly, right? It's part of what I what drove me to create the program Limitless Woman. It's uh a big theme for why I wanted to focus on how good can it get this year, and a big focus of how good can it get is simply me listening to my own intuition, prioritizing my own internal wisdom, guidance is internal, um, and literally trusting that I know enough and I can lead myself. So when I look at last year, and I just saw, you know, everything, what was working, what wasn't, the goals, did I get there? How did it feel? Where were they coming from? The next part after that debrief is to understand what I want to do in the next year. So, yes, we're going to be looking at this as a 90-day game plan, but one of the best ways to figure out you know what we want to do in the next 90 days is to think about what are we shooting for overall in the next year. So maybe that can be an income goal or a health goal. Um, I chose one of an income goal, a health goal, and then I also chose a travel goal, which is um traveling to six new countries. That is something that I really prioritize. I love international travel. Um, it's really why I want to have money. Like when I think about like what are my what are my drivers, what are my desires. A great book by Ramit Sedi is um your rich life. When I think about my rich life, my rich life is about travel. So those were the big goals, and then we wanted to chunk them down into the 90-day targets, right? So if my um income goal, right, is like we'll just say make something easy because it's divisible by four, right? $100,000, then the next 90 days I would have to earn um $25,000, right, to be on track for that goal. Beautiful. I feel like that makes sense. If I wanted to, you know, lose uh 20 pounds, then the goal in the next four months or sorry, three months would be losing five pounds and so on and so forth. For the travel goal, it was six new countries. So originally what I'd written as the target was plan a trip to Asia with my brother, which we talked about and ultimately we decided to do next April. I had a conflicting trip, so I just went on a trip. So I don't want to bury the lead or spoil anything for you, but I just hit three new countries. I went to Saint Martin, Saint Martin, or whatever. There's like two, it counts as two different countries on each side of the island. Um, and then Anguilla. Anguilla. Anguilla. Anguilla?

Anguilla.

Anguilla. Anguilla. You know what? I went through this with a customs agent on the island. Oh my god, I hate not being able to say something. But anyway. Um so I did hit that target. I am on track for that. Very excited. I'm actually ahead of track for that one. So beautiful. That's kind of where you're gonna go. You're gonna chunk them down, right? That's step three. Convert the big desire into a 90-day target. And then really looking at what are your core values? What are the things that are the matter most to you? So choosing those. I wrote joy. I wrote win-win, meaning like no one wins unless we always all win. If I have to undercut you in order to get ahead, that really wasn't a true win for me. Um, another value for me is infinite possibility, always remembering that anything is possible at all times, and then prosperous, prosperity, and prosperous in money, prosperous in love, just like prosperous, all over. Um, and then this was a weird one. This was a really good example that I used for the live I did when I went over this at the beginning of the year, but I wrote down hiking, right? But like, hiking is not a value, no, but it is something I really want to prioritize that's really important for my life. It's actually why I got knee surgery because I love to hike so much. And so I chose hiking as a value because I if if you don't failing to plan is planning to fail. If you don't put something down, you're not gonna make it happen. So after you choose all of them, you want to define what a 10 out of 10 would look like for each one, right? So, what would a 10 out of 10 joyous life look like? What would a 10 out of 10 for me for hiking? And this is my invitation to you to choose something that really matters to you. Like, maybe spending time with animals isn't technically a value, but it's important to you. Cool, write it down. Cooking might not be a value, but it might be super important to you. Write it down. So get really clear on like what is a 10 out of 10 look like in each one, and then you, this is really important. You must honestly rate yourself. Honestly rate yourself, right? Where are you at right now? So when I looked at my honest ratings, for joy, I was a six out of ten. For hiking, I was a zero out of ten. For win-win, I was an eight out of ten. For infinite possibilities, I was a seven out of ten. For prosperity, I was seven out of ten. It's so important that you're honest here. This is not for anyone else, this is just for you. And if we're not honest, we're not going to be able to do anything with it. We're working on a shaky foundation, a false foundation, however you want to say it. So after we got clear on, you know, what the last quarter or year looked like, where we want to go from here, how we can chunk them down into a tangible 90-day target, our values, current rating of those values. We want to choose one value to focus on first because mastery over multitasking. And you want to choose the one that you're most excited about because the one that you're most excited about is going to lead you to take the most action toward it. Um, and the first one I want to take action toward was hiking because I rated it as a zero. It's just like I want to get back to hiking. This was the whole reason I got nursery knee surgery, went through this like whole freaking process. So let's do it. And from there, you want to choose one small, sustainable, congruent action. So this is something that is going to be like a smart goal, right? It's going to be something that's specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and timely. So we want it to be specific, meaning like 10 minutes, so many times a day. You want to be able to measure it, right? So so many times a day, something actionable, like something that you can really like truly do, like you have the power, the onus to do it, versus you know, like have a guy ask me out at the grocery store. Well, I can't control whether or not a guy asks me out of the grocery store, but I can control if I go say hi to three new people at the grocery store every day or every time that I go, right? We want it to be relevant, so we want it to be connected somehow to the overall value and then timely. So, you know, if it's something like hiking, and I know I want to hike in November, but I'm planning for this quarter, we're not gonna focus on that goal unless we can do something around planning it, because it just doesn't make sense for where we're at right now. So we want this to be something that's stretchy but attainable, meaning it's in the sweet spots of discomfort, it's not so little discomfort that it's like you're basically already doing it, or too much discomfort where you've created dread and you've spiked your nervous system. So you want to do something that you can do consistently. I usually don't I say don't do daily unless you're like already pretty close to being there, because then water break. If you do do daily and then you don't hit it, then we can create a shame spiral and that doesn't end well. So my one weekly align or one aligned action that I did not hit, I said at the beginning I didn't hit it, was a weekly stairmaster session on top of the stuff that I'm already doing. So here's the thing at the end of last year, I hired a trainer. I really want Matt to come on, I love him so much. Um, and a physical he's a physical therapist, and it's just like been an overhaul. So I went from no gym to three times a week at least. Um, and you know, like all this macro hitting and vitamin. It was just like it's a big overhaul. It was a big overhaul of my life, and I'm this is not an excuse, but I'm just literally looking at like, hey, what got in the way? What got in the way, and what got in the way for me was going from no gym to three times a week gym was already a lot for me, and then doing another stairmaster session was like okay. I could add it on to the end of another session, but like I'm spent. I would I really I like realistically have to go. Um, so did I hit it? Yeah, like three times, right? 25%. Wait, is that right? 12 or 20. Yeah, 25%. Not great. Um, but better than nothing. Um, and honestly, I think it was just it was adding on one more thing to something where I already felt it already felt big, it already felt overwhelming. Um and it although it felt like it was something that was super doable at the time, it just wasn't with everything else going on. Um, so I didn't hit it. At least not, you know, a hundred percent, and maybe a hundred percent isn't even realistic, but I would have loved to gotten to that 80, 90, even 75, right? Of going, like I guess that would be nine times. Did not happen, and I'm going to just say, okay, like that was my honest assessment of where it got in the way. But I will say, like, my health is so much better, my knee feels so much stronger, I'm not out of breath doing things, like I feel good. So, did I hit that specific thing? No, but did a lot of other good things happen? Yes. Again, honest assessment of where I was. So after you create that action, which I'm glad I looked it over, and I'll create a new action moving forward. Step seven is really focused on like building your capacity, aka the internal space needed to hold the life that you want. So, this is really where most people skip and why they don't follow through. And this is looking at like what do you need to stay regulated? What boundaries get to happen? Where are your energy? What is your energy leaking? What do you get to stop doing? Um, how could you make this quarter feel easy instead of heavy? And so some things that I wrote down or putting grand Tetons on the calendar. It's funny, I actually have that on my calendar today to plan. Um, another one was perhaps driving to Colorado, which didn't happen, but I did just go on this trip, which was really fun. Um, I had an awesome um private retreat come up, which is cool. Um, I was so proud of myself in the Livingless Woman launch, which is another something I something that I wanted to do. I've been prioritizing. Oh, I have not been opening my computer after 10 p.m. Like not even opening it, not at all. And that feels really, really good. Um, I've been resting when I feel like I need rest. I have not been stressing myself out or fawning or freezing or fighting in my business, and that feels amazing. So lots of good things to be proud of myself, and I have definitely built my capacity. And as I said, I microdose throughout, right? So there's also in this guide um a microdosing protocol, a brief page on that, and like how to get started microdosing. Um, and then there's a nice page at the end where you get to wrap it all up and summarize everything of like what are you looking to do 12 months, the 90 day target, the core value you're focusing on, the 10 out of 10 definition, your current rating, the congruent action, and what are you doing to increase your? Capacity, so this really is a great place to just start to be intentional about your life because this is this is also the piece that so many people miss, are just constantly in their doing, and they never sit back and kind of take more of the captain's view, and this is really the captain's view. This is like the GPS system. Instead of letting just life happen to you, this is where we get into the driver's seat, and I will say, like, in terms of prosperity, definitely increased. Um, win-win, feeling so good about that. Um, because I'm I'm shouting out other businesses uh every day. That's something that I've started doing. Also, in terms of prosperity this quarter, I have quadrupled last year's revenue to this year, which is amazing. Um what oh, big possibilities. I've been reading The World is a Mirror and Ask and You Shall Receive both great books to really help me live in the realm of infinite possibility. Um Joy, really focusing on just appreciating the small things and savoring it all. And so even though I didn't, you know, go for a hike. Well, I tried to go for a hike in St. Martin, and it was a privatized thing that wasn't clear from the website, it was closed at the time, but I did walk up a really big hill, and again, I wasn't out of breath. That felt really good. Um, and I'm putting Grand Tetons on the calendar, so I am happy for myself in a lot of ways. There were definitely actions I took in furtherance of these things, and so I am you know I'm committed to keeping going, I'm committed to doing this again, a fresh one, um, so that I can, you know, refocus, right? Reorient myself because that's also the thing that so many people don't do. They do it once at the beginning of the year and they don't come back to it. And honestly, nothing is helpful if you don't revisit the plan. You can't just do it once and think it's going to happen. It's not like you can't just make a vision board and then let it die in Canva. You have to keep looking at it. So that's what I'm doing with this. I'm going to keep re-looking at it and keep reorienting, getting back on the path, and that's really all you can do. So, my integration for you today is to go download the game plan. It's totally free. Um, and then actually use it because that's not helpful if you just downloaded it and you don't do anything with it. And again, you know, if you want to um send me yours or like um what you'll see, it's a digital game plan. So you can click file, make a copy, and then you can fill it out um on your own and send it to me, and then I will again send you a loom, review it with you, answer any questions, see where we can make this game plan so helpful in exactly what you need. But until next time, kittens, love you lots. That's the end of today's trip. But remember, the real magic has always been inside of you. If this episode landed, send it to a friend who's ready to step into their next level. And make sure you're following the show so you never miss a dose. I'll be back again soon with another day on the path to your most limitless life. And until then, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking how good can it get?
