A Cancer Survivor’s Journey Into Psychedelic Healing

In this episode of The Inner Trip, I sit down with Clarita, a wellness expert and retreat client, to share her powerful healing journey. After a cancer diagnosis, she went all in on physical health, focusing on nutrition, fitness, and supplements, only to realize that her internal world was still filled with anxiety and unrest. We talk about why true healing goes beyond biohacking and requires looking inward at your thoughts, patterns, and emotional landscape.
Clarita opens up about the fear she experienced leading into her first psychedelic journey, including the mental stories that almost stopped her from going through with it. We break down how that fear showed up during the experience and the realization that most of what we fear is created in our minds. Her biggest takeaway was learning to trust herself and release control, understanding that the experience was not something happening to her, but something unfolding through her.
It’s also important to recognize that healing is not a finish line. Clarita shares how she shifted from constantly trying to fix herself to actually enjoying the process of growth. For this week’s integration, create intentional space in your day. Step away from constant stimulation, allow yourself to be still, and notice what comes up when you give yourself the space to listen to your own thoughts.

Take this quick quiz to find out! Discover Whether Micro-Dosing is Right for You
Hi kittens, I'm Julie Savone, psychedelic facilitator, integration expert, and your guide for this wild ride, the inner trip. 365 days with plant medicine. I've helped hundreds of people use plant medicine, primarily psilocybin, to heal, expand, and step into their next level. But this year, I'm taking it even deeper. For the next 365 days, I'm bringing you with me. I'll be microdosing, journeying, integrating, and exploring what it really means to live a limitless life with plant medicine as a tool, not a crutch. So if you're ready to feel more alive, more clear, more limitless, and you're down to do it with mushrooms and a little bit of sass, you're in the right place. Let's take the inner trip. Hello, kittens. I am so excited to be here today because I have my friend Clarita with us. She is someone who attended a private retreat that I was brought into in um Scottsdale, the Phoenix Gilbert. You know what? When I landed there, I was like, okay, wait, I landed at the Phoenix Airport, but there's Scottsdale and we're going to Gilbert, and there's this town called Mesa. I'm like, what is happening in this area? But um she was an amazing participant and she has since spoken about her experience. And I totally understand that not everyone who goes through something like this is open to sharing about it. And I really respect everyone's individual privacy and choice in that. And I obviously am so grateful that Clarita felt open and willing to share. Um, because it's a very personal choice to do so. Uh and you know, in her willingness to share, she said that she would come on and talk about it with you guys here on the podcast. So I'm so grateful to have her dear here today. Clarita, thank you so much. And tell us more about you and your business.
SPEAKER_01Oh my God. Well, thank you so much for inviting me. It's an honor to be here. It's an honor to share my journey or part of my journey. And my name is Clarita Escalante. I'm the founder of Claridad. I'm a wellness expert. Um, I have a podcast as well. And yeah, my journey began. I call it my healing journey now. Uh, my journey began almost eight years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. I didn't want to hear the word cancer again, so that really motivated me to start a wellness journey. I'm like, I want to get really clear on you know how to better myself from nutrition to fitness to everything. And that led to my healing journey. I immediately recognized, um, or at least was able to see that I was eating all of the amazing food, all of the organic, all of the grass-fed meats, taking all the supplements, doing all the movement, but I was still so uneasy within myself. I was still so toxic. I was worrying about the toxicity and the food, but internally I was just so toxic with my thoughts. And I realized that if I wanted to reach that optimal health, I really needed to bring my whole entire body into that transformation, and with that I mean like really not just taking care of what I eat and what I do, like meaning the exercise and taking the supplements, but really start a healing journey and see what is that was so unsettling, what was making me so um just like nervous, bring that anxiety and not being able to manage it, and um that led to this journey.
SPEAKER_00I don't know if I've ever heard you say it that way, but I had the same thought recently where you know you and I are kind of in this like biohacking space, and we have so many people in that space as well, um, who we love. And I I had the thought in the airport actually coming back from our weekend that you can't biohack your way past um a negative inner landscape, those limiting beliefs, right? So we see, like you said, people who invest so much in the food that they put in their body, into cryotherapy, all sorts of different avenues, right? But they're not doing the work that really is the most difficult work, which is looking within and really auditing the way that we think and talk to ourselves inside.
SPEAKER_01And that is the difficult part because I feel that just as a wellness expert, um, working with people and even just looking at my own personal journey, it was so easy to buy that new Lululemon outfit, go get that supplement, you know, uh buy the the gym membership and start this new amazing recipe. All of that is fun and exciting, and doing the the work, doing the healing can sometimes look so lonely, can be so hard to phase your fears, to really go in inward. And I share this a lot on my podcast. Um that healing journey led to really look at my life in an in a totally different way. I was uh sexually abused when I was a child, and I grew up in this household where I felt like walking on eggshells and and just like really not being able to voice my emotions and had a lot of responsibilities as well as a kid, and um I have a good relationship with my parents, and I feel like they did the best that they could with that situation, and also it was just um it doesn't minimize you know the impact on my life, so I I feel like that uh I took into my adulthood life bringing all of that insecurity, bringing all of those uh things that I really never got to digest and deal with. And cancer, I see it on a personal level such a gift, and I want to be very respectful for those that don't see it that way. It's just on my own personal level, it was such a gift because I knew in my heart that I needed it to do something like this, but the fear, the fear, I I was just not ready to face it. And when I got diagnosed, I couldn't really hide from it. I had to make a change, and that's why I feel so strong about seeing my cancer diagnosis like a gift.
SPEAKER_00Well, I feel like I speak for everyone who has heard you speak even for the last, you know, six minutes and 30 seconds, that you are such a gift, and so I'm so happy that you are on the other side of it, and then it was something that didn't that you were able you were able to get on the other side of, right? I know for some people it's a certain point in their diagnosis, and unfortunately it is terminal. And I'm so happy that wasn't the case for you because I know that you have so much still left to share and to bring into the world. And I I want to touch on that piece of fear because I know for you, and I think this is true of so many that don't get on the other side of their fear, but that your fear was really loud going into the weekend, and that it was something that almost stopped you from from doing it and going through with the experience with psychedels because it is scary, and I I acknowledge that.
SPEAKER_01Yes, I feel like when a friend of mine brought this to my attention, she was like, Would you like to do something like this? It would be, you know, a really amazing journey to do together, and it was a private retreat that we did, and I was like, Yes, this is a hell yes for me. And then the day before, I was like, maybe not, and this is I mean, it's coming from someone that the only thing I do is alcohol. I have never smoked, I have never done anything other than drinking wine, but I was so scared because then I was like looking into it and I was like, okay, what are I getting myself into? And then you start hearing stories, and you're like, oh my god, what about if I can't come back from it? What about if I lose my mind? What about all these things, you know? And I feel like that monster started to get bigger and bigger and bigger in my mind, and then I just kind of like didn't saw the benefits or you know, the the fun of it, or the um how helpful would it be in my life because I was just so blinded by the fear, and I reached out to you and you called and you guided me through that little fear, and it felt like good, and I was like, Okay, I feel good, and then when I got there, I was like, never mind, I'll see you guys. You guys can do your journey, but I'm just gonna be here journaling my way out, and I promise I won't bother anyone, and I'm gonna be okay. And uh when you're like, Okay, Clonita, um, let me help you. Maybe let me guide you. And I wouldn't say you convinced me because you didn't make me do anything I didn't want to, but you really um supported me and guided me and hold my hand.
SPEAKER_00And I can't thank you enough because that gave me a lot of support, like the support that I needed at that time, and be like, you know what, I'm here for a reason, and um, and I want to do it, and I'll see you on the other side, and I'm here you're here for my you're so welcome, and I I'm I'm so curious, like from your perspective, what was the moment that made you say, like, like, was there a common thread between, you know, our mutual friend asking you if you wanted to be there, to like getting in the car and saying, Okay, we're doing it, to like actually going and doing it? Like, what was the the thing for you that made you say, Okay, is it was it that I'm here and you know I'm gonna open myself up to it, or what was it for you?
SPEAKER_01Several things. I think I was like, Okay, I'm already here, I already have gone through all of this, and then and then just how supportive I was like you took the moment to talk to me, and then my friend as well, and then I was like, Well, they're doing it and they're telling me it's gonna be good, and then um, yeah, and and I was like freaking out, and as I was embarking in that journey, I was still doing the same thing, like I was looking for that other shoe to hit, and I was just and at a moment I had to really talk myself down and be like or up and be like, Clarita, it's okay, like there's nothing that's gonna come out, you know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh but it's easier said than that. Amen. Amen. Yeah, I mean it is, it's hard, and there is a lot of also, even for me as a facilitator, I've you know, obviously gone on so many journeys and it's confrontational. Like, I still have the moment before I'm going, I'm actually gonna take myself on a journey tomorrow to prep for my upcoming retreat. And I'm like, even now I'm thinking, I don't actually want to do this. It's confrontational, but I'm like, I'm gonna go do it anyway. Um, I think that's a misconception people have that it's like, oh, you know, you're hooked on drugs. It's like, no, this is something where you really look within yourself and it makes you see, like what we were talking about before, like this this mirror of all the ways in life that maybe we're creating our own discomfort and our own problems. So I'm curious, like, what was your experience like once you said yes and you were in the journey?
SPEAKER_01Once I said yes and I was in the journey, I was literally just like being with my eyes closed, of course, you know, relaxing, um, being guided by the music, the meditation, and all and all of it. And subconsciously, I was just looking for that monster. I call it monster. I was looking for something to, I was like, well, what what did I felt? Oh my god, my head, oh my god, my it's it's it's you know, I was just looking for something to blame and be like, okay, I'm out of here. But but nothing happened, it was all in my head, and and it's funny now we can laugh, but during that time, you probably saw my face. I was just like freaking out, and I was like, why did I put myself in this situation? Why do I have to do so? Why are you so peaceful over there? That is something that I'm really good at that internally I can be crumbling, but on the outside, I'm like, yeah, it's okay. Exactly. And and I had to really call myself and be like, it's okay, like I'm gonna be okay, and not worry so much about I don't know if people can resignate if they're listening. Like, sometimes we create a bigger story in our heads than what it is actually happening, you know, and the majority of the time, that big story that we created, probably 99.
SPEAKER_00I'll say it again. I psychedelic experiences are the most like clear and confrontational mirror for life because you needed to have that really intense experience of saying, Hey, I had this idea in my head of what this was gonna be like, and it was bad, but the reality was not that at all. And then we're more likely to notice in you know your real life, whether it be you get into you know a scuffle with your husband at breakfast or your boss says he needs to talk to you, whatever the situation is, is always more catastrophic in our mind than the reality of it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and that was exactly the situation. And I was like, if I would have just given, I would have had a great experience coming in, you know, and just have a better experience. But I feel like this is such a beautiful reminder because this is life, you know, this is exactly life, and it just it was just such a beautiful reminder that to just really trust myself and trust the process, and especially if you're with people that you can trust, they know what they're doing, like really allow that to happen versus just you know trying to fight it.
SPEAKER_00A beautiful lesson in allowing, too, right? How often do we um maybe seek to control every aspect of an experience and not give someone it's not because we don't even believe that the other person can hold us, but it's almost like a control thing. And I think for a lot of women who see themselves in this conversation of, oh, I'm very capable, I can do it. I'm a go now. I'm thinking, go-doer? I'm a doer. You know, well, you know what I'm trying to say. Go-getter. Oh my gosh, I'm a go-getter. Like, um, and then we don't offer the opportunity to the people in our lives, other women, friends, maybe your romantic partner to actually show up for us because we haven't created the space either for them to do that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and and control, I feel like it's such a big player, especially for me, being able to control my emotion, being able to control, you know, just what I expect to experience. And I feel like once you release that, it's just such a beautiful gift, you know? But getting there is hard.
SPEAKER_00Another another lesson: getting there is hard always, but I think it's it makes it worth the squeeze, right? What's that phrase the juice is worth the squeeze? It's like the squeeze is uncomfortable, whether the squeeze is like the last rep at the gym or like loosening our grip on control. And I think you shared something really beautiful with me about this healing journey. And you know, you have been on one, right? Like a cancer diagnosis is one of the most confrontational and scary things that someone could experience in this life. And I know that from that point on you were committed to your health so much that you are now a wellness expert. And I really love what you shared about where you're at now with your healing journey after that experience and the realizations that it gave to you. So, would you be open to telling us more about that?
SPEAKER_01Yes, I feel like I was in this pursuit of healing, like I want to heal myself. Like, if it was this goal that needed to be accomplished, and I was just doing all the things, you know, I have been to therapy, all of these modalities, and one thing that really came clear to me in this incredible journey was like I'm done, and now and it felt so good in my heart and in my soul, in my body, and I was like, I'm done, and then I was journaling and I'm like, I am done. Like, I feel sometimes we are in pursuits, it can, I mean, for me, it was healing for others, it can be uh other thing, but I was in this pursuit of healing and doing like a to-do list or like a goal that I needed to accomplish, and then I can move on. But we are humans, and I feel and I believe that while we're alive, we keep growing, we keep expanding, uh, life keeps happening to us, so it's not like a one and done, you know, especially healing. So I I actually when I felt that that I was done, I was like, I can kick back and enjoy the journey and sit down. And I I was just it was such a relief and such a weight that came off my shoulders, and I'm like, oh my god, now I can really enjoy the journey. Like, it doesn't mean that I'm gonna stop doing it, it's just it's gonna look so much different.
SPEAKER_00And I know you shared with me that that was sort of the thing, the biggest benefit that you've been noticing since then of feeling like I'm doing something because I'm intentionally choosing in on the experience versus, and this is very common. I say this all the time, I call it like taskmastering, and it happens to like all of us go-getter type gals, where it's like, I have this list and I must accomplish this list, and on the list is meditating and writing out five pieces of gratitude, and it loses its magic because it becomes perfunctory and compulsory rather than whatever it is meant to be, like the a gratitude practice is meant to connect you and heighten an experience of gratitude versus like it's not something that you just meet and do and get done and move on to the next thing. So I love that like presence and the peace. And I think a lot of us get sold this idea, and I don't think it's malicious, but it's out there that we're like a project that we have to fix. And I love what you said because my biggest goal is that people feel like they're not broken, they like never were broken. That's like some crazy thing we hear that you've always been whole and complete. And actually, the work is remembering that, it's not fixing anything, it's coming back to your own sense of wholeness.
SPEAKER_01And I feel like that idea of oh, once I get to this point, once I'm healed then oh my god, I'm gonna be this amazing person. And it's like it no, it's like a journey, it's a continuation, you know, it's you're evolving. And for me, even not too long ago, I was in my morning routines, I was hurrying my dog Nashu, which is he's right here below me. I was uh hurrying him up so I can get into my PMF mad into my meditation, and I was like, come on, Nashu, come on, come on, come on, come on, we we gotta go. So even like something like a ritual or a morning man, you know, routine, I was actually doing it more of a to-do list than a ritual. Instead of nourishing me and and adding to my life, I was doing it like you know, I was just crossing the things, and I really had to stop myself and be like, wow, no, this is not what it's supposed to be, you know? And I feel like the microdosing and using it in an intentional way has been so amazing because I feel like now I create the space to be with myself, like to really enjoy each ritual that I have going on in the morning and really be present and and just pour into myself, which is something that we don't do, you know, regardless of if you have a minute or if you have 30 minutes.
SPEAKER_00And you know, the goal with, like you said, the intentional process of microdosing is to help signal to your brain those things so that you fully learn that lesson. And then, you know, once you reach the end of like we talked about your protocol, then it's something that where you pull the thread and the magic continues, and therefore that lesson becomes an embodiment. It's not just something that you know you thought of on your on days and then you let go of once you stopped microdosing. And I think it's also important to say that we all need those reminders at certain times, right? I think especially those of us who do have such like robust practices. I know I had reached a point where I'm a breathwork facilitator, but I realized I'm just doing breath work all every week because I think that I should, because I'm a facilitator and it's no longer keeping the magic for me. And so I was able to put it down, right? So letting yourself, letting go of things that maybe you're doing that you don't have an emotional connection to anymore, or and both, right? Pausing and seeing where can you bring back that connection and what is actually truly resonant for you. Like I know we talked in a different conversation, but this year visualizing visualizing has been huge for me. And I struggled to do it in the past, but this year I just like so dropped in on it. And maybe next year that won't be my like focus and tool. But for this time, I'm doing it and I'm fully allowing myself to be present and not to go down a little science rabbit hole. But I think the cool thing about microdosing and psilocybin is that it quiets that talking part of your brain so that you can get more present with whatever you're doing and you stop thinking about the next thing because that next thing is your internal dialogue, your ego. And when we can kind of tell her to shut up, we have an opportunity to enjoy. So I love that so much. Was there anything that you feel like you got out of the experience that you were like, This is weird, but I like it, or I wasn't expecting this?
SPEAKER_01Well, I think overall would be like the trust would to trust my gut to trust myself. And I mean, I had incredible supporters, you and my friend, and the rest of the ladies there, but I I I feel like the most important thing is to really trust my God. And I think sometimes when we um like for example, for myself, like I trust my like there's this intuition that comes, there is this whispery that you know my body um does, but then my intellectual mind is like, no, I don't think so. So I think that was something that really came really strong of you know, I'm doing good and I should trust myself. And um, and yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you know, I see that so often. I wish there are lots of little gifts I would love to give people, but if I think if each woman especially learned to trust herself, I always say, girls, we gotta have the confidence of a very average-looking white dude and just go into every interaction thinking because those people are way overconfident in my mind. We want to use a little bit more of that. Like, I got it, and I got myself most importantly. So I love that trust came up for you. And I want to know what you would say to someone who is thinking of like coming on one of my retreats or having like a private retreat, like what you and your friends experienced. What would you tell them?
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, if it's on your heart, it has been something that you're interested in, don't wait. Um, we had a private retreat. We had, I mean, you were amazing, Julie. So highly recommend um a private retreat or the ones that you hold. You are just so thoughtful and so knowledgeable. And I don't know, I just feel so so good. And if this has been on your mind, it's for a reason. It's not just because you know you saw it on social media. Um, if it was if it's in your heart, you should definitely do it. It's an experience that I think everyone should like experience. Like, seriously, everyone should experience this because it's such a high in such a good way. Not high meant meaning, you know, you just don't know where you are, and you have like a party high, but um, it's just such a high in a way of for me, it was getting to know a little bit more about myself in a totally different way, like really getting inside and be like, hmm, and and being able to trust myself and being able to know more about myself and my capabilities.
SPEAKER_00Thank you so much for saying that, Clita. I really receive your kind words, and I'm so happy that that's where you landed because you can do anything. I mean, I I really need you guys to make sure that you go to Claudia Dad. You can find I'm gonna put all of this in the show notes, by the way, but it is her brand and it is so intentionally crafted. And at this point, I've tried it all and I love it all. She has a beautiful, oh, here we do, here we go. This is my wellness turtle. I throw it out every morning intentionally with my intention and my ingratitude. And I love the sleep spray and the roller on, those are my favorite. Um, because I'm a big sleep girl. So, you know, I see you growing this brand, and you have your podcast and you're supporting women, and you have your own retreat coming up in October. And so I'm so happy you have the feeling of like you are limitless because you are, and I hope you never ever ever lose that knowing.
SPEAKER_01Oh, thank you so, so much.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you are so beautiful, my friend. And I would love to know like, what do you think? What should the kittens do to integrate this week? What is something that you would love to share with them that they could go actually, you know, do in their life that would support them and cultivating more wellness?
SPEAKER_01I would say create space for yourself, create intentional space for yourself because in today's world, with how you know the internet, social media, how we're moving in such a quick um speed, like really creating space for ourselves to come back to ourselves, to come back to our homes and in and feel safe and even like declutter ourselves from our minds. You know, I'm a huge journaling fanatic, but I feel like there's so much information coming at us from so many directions, and our minds are always listening to someone else, we're listening to a podcast, we're listening to an audible, we're looking at social media, all of these things, and the interactions are more and more and more like not in person, not with the human, you know. So I think, um, which I'm not complaining, I'm not saying is bad, but I think we need that space to just quiet our minds, declutter, like the same way that we do it in our homes when it gets really messy and declutter and make space for that new energy for that new creativity. I think it's so important, and um and microdosing with your guidance will be incredible. And I feel like when you put together creating space um with microdosing is just like the perfect combination to amplify that, um to really uh uh the way that I do it right now is creating space for myself, and I feel like it's so sacred when I take that plan you know with me and I take it in. I feel like oh my god, this time is so sacred. Like this is a time for me to get my shit done, and in such a beautiful way, you know, and um you don't have to microdose, obviously, but I feel like still creating that space for yourself so you can declutter and you can just have that clarity because I feel like a lot of us are looking for clarity, and um, and clarity only comes from your from from us, you know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, another great point. I think a lot of people think, oh, the mushrooms or whatever give me the answers, but really what's happening is they they stop the ego long enough for you to hear your soul, and then you already have the answer within you. It's not ever giving you something that doesn't exist in there. So I hear people say things like, I don't want to have this experience because I'm afraid I'll quit my job and move to the beach and live in a van, right? It's like if that's truly who you are and you're ignoring that, then sure, maybe, but it's not going to extemporaneously on its own create something like that. Um, and I just I really love what you said because humans don't allow themselves to be bored anymore. And for the entirety of our species existence, there have been there's been moments of boredom because we didn't have the constant simulation of the TV or the phone or whatever. And I just can't imagine from yes, a soul perspective, but a purely scientific perspective, like that can't be good for our brains because that's not how we're hardwired. So, like for your own sake, allow yourself to be bored, like you often please allow, allow yourself to be bored.
SPEAKER_01I mean, a lot of things come to us when we are bored because it allows our brain to tap into that creativity part. And I feel like even when you see when you get to a traffic light and you see the car next to you, and it's like one minute, I think, or 60 seconds that the light is like doesn't change, and people pull their phones, or they're waiting at the doctor's office and they immediately pull their phones, or at restaurants, I mean, in dinner, you can see so you can I think creating little spaces, micro spaces within the day because sometimes people, you know, don't have the kids, uh, we're all in different seasons of our lives, so I would just highly encourage you to create space, even if you have a few minutes or uh a few hours to really create space for yourself. And yeah, bor is should be like a requirement.
SPEAKER_00Bore should be a required. And I love, I mean, this was the biggest theme on my last one of my last journeys was yeah, we need to just let ourselves be. I sat outside in my backyard and looked at a tree and let my animals play in the backyard for like an hour, and that was all that happened. It's like that's you're right, that's when the ideas happen as well. I know I always get them if I'm on the massage table, you know, or I'm in the sauna and my mind has quieted itself down enough to get clear because the stimulation is feeding the overactive production of thoughts, and that also isn't your highest self. That's a product of, like you said, we're listening to others versus quieting down the volume on the radio enough to listen to ourselves. Yeah, yeah. Oh, that was a really good one. Everyone, go write that in your calendar because if you're failing to plan, is planning to fail. So put it on the calendar somewhere. Allow yourself to be bored. And Karina, thank you so much for being here today. I just absolutely adore you. Let's see, what are we telling people? They gotta go listen to your podcast, they need, which will be in the show notes, as will be your Instagram. Go check out her beautiful shop with all these amazing intentional goods, the body oil, everything amazing. What else? What did I miss? Tell me.
SPEAKER_01That's it. Yeah, I have an online practice, and you can um you can check us out on Instagram. We have a lot of free resources that you can tap on. I have a blog, uh, podcast, newsletter, everything free guides. And if you want to go deeper with me, you can always um go and check out our packages, and then we have Claridad, we share all of her non-toxic products.
SPEAKER_00Oh, and go sign up for her retreat, which is in October of 2026.
SPEAKER_01October. Yeah, and it's gonna be here in Arizona. It's gonna be super fun. This is my fifth year, so I feel like every year we're up level the retreat. So this I can't wait. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh, well, thank you so much. I seriously just adory. I'm so happy that you were here, and I'm just so grateful that we got to be connected. I just, yeah, there are so many little things that I felt were sparkles about getting to know you that made me feel like, oh, I almost feel like I know this person. Um, and I'm I'm very grateful that our friend connected us together.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, me too. And I'm actually gonna send you the link to my blog because that's where I go into detail about our experience, our little journey. So people can hear. Yeah, so people can really tap into it. And if you guys have any questions, reach out to Julie. She's amazing. And um, that experience that I had, um, I feel like I'm better with words, uh, I'm better with writing versus like conversating. So highly recommend for you guys if this type of journey is on your mind and in your heart to read my blog and um and to just reach out to Julie. I mean, you have so many incredible ways that you can you can work with them in a private uh retreat. I highly recommend it. We had so much fun.
SPEAKER_00We have like a fast group of women. I I loved it. Yeah, thank you. Well, thank you so much. Um, and thank you, kitten, for being here and listening. And don't forget, it's important to be bored. Okay, until next time, kittens. That's the end of today's trip. But remember, the real magic has always been inside of you. If this episode landed, send it to a friend who's ready to step into their next level. And make sure you're following the show so you never miss a dose. I'll be back again soon with another day on the path to your most limitless life. And until then, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking how good can it get?
