What actually happens when you stop forcing success and start building a business that aligns with who you really are? In this episode, I'm sharing the results of an experiment I began months ago inside Limitless Woman. After following women through the Integrate to Elevate framework, I'm reflecting on the real transformations that happened, not just in revenue, but in their nervous systems, businesses, relationships, and everyday lives.
You'll hear how two women moved from burnout, anxiety, and feeling stuck into greater clarity, freedom, and sustainable success by combining intentional microdosing, nervous system regulation, and deep inner work. Their journeys reveal what becomes possible when you stop chasing someone else's version of success and create one that actually feels good.
If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like the version of success you've created no longer feels fulfilling, I invite you to explore a different path. Tune in to hear what happened on the other side of this experiment and what might be possible for you too!

Hi kittens, I'm Julie Savone, psychedelic facilitator, integration expert, and your guide for this wild ride, the Inner Trip. 365 days with plant medicine. I've helped hundreds of people use plant medicine, primarily psilocybin, to heal, expand, and step into their next level. But this year, I'm taking it even deeper. For the next 365 days, I'm bringing you with me. I'll be microdosing, journeying, integrating, and exploring what it really means to live a limitless life with plant medicine as a tool, not a crutch. So if you're ready to feel more alive, more clear, more limitless, and you're down to do it with mushrooms and a little bit of sass, you're in the right place. Let's take the inner trip. Kitten! My intention with you today is to share the results of my experiment. My experiment with an experiment, because this whole podcast is an experiment. It is me saying, What does life look like on the other side of 365 days of intentional and integrated plant medicine use? And back in February, I declared an experiment. Now, if you want to go listen to that episode where I talk about where women were before they started this round of Limitless Women, that is from February 11th. So go check it out, take a listen. I'm gonna give you a little bit of a recap of what we talked about then. But then I also wanted to say last week's episode, so the one that dropped right before this, with my friend and client, Dr. Erin Hallahan, is spoiler alert, one of the women who is inside Limitless Women. Um and she came on and talked about her experience, not just there, but also in retreats. Erin has been to every single version of my retreats. Obviously, like when you start doing something and where you are now after you've done so many of them are gonna look different. Like I've expanded in time and in location and even in the plant medicines we're using. So she talked about her experience on retreats, but she also talks about her experience inside Limitless Woman. She talks about her experience with microdosing. And she was someone who I really focused on when I was declaring the experiment back in February because she had such a stereotypical burnout experience. She describes it as a bl a brain block. Where she told me the story. Julia went in to see this marketer, and I said I was feeling really stagnant, stuck, something like that in my business. And the marketer told her, okay, do X, Y, and Z. And Aaron left thinking, I knew all that. I knew to do that. This is not the issue. I don't need more information. I have a brain block. I have something that is getting in the way of me executing. And that is how I knew I needed to sign up for Limitless Woman. So when she came to me and she had that experience, that was what I really focused on in that episode because it was just such a clear example of what this program was built for. This program was built for a woman who has a career or a business, and she has created a certain amount of success for herself. And she's now feeling like the success she has did not feel as good as she thought it might feel. She's feeling stuck at a certain level of success. She's feeling like this thing that you worked so hard for is no longer lighting her up. And she knows it's not just another strategy. So she is really over people telling her what to do and telling her that if you want X and you have to do Y. And she is ready to see what it would look like to create that path to success that was entirely her own, that really wasn't a reflection of her values, her desires, her big dreams. And so when Erin came to me, she was stuck at a certain income month. She was experiencing these brain blocks. She was so burnt out and had so much dread in her business. She could not make herself do the things she knew she needed to do. She didn't want to see clients, she didn't want to take on new patients. She told me I just want to be at home and be doing a craft. So, you know, you can go back and listen to again. The February 11th episode is where I talk about the experiment, which is to show you what is going to be on the other side of these women who go through this round of limitless women. And then last week's episode, Erin came on and talked to me about some things. Um, you know, with microdosing specifically, she was talking about how she knows she has some level of ADHD. She had an adult diagnosis and she didn't want to take stimulants. And she said that the biggest thing for her is her ability to focus and be productive and get things done. Uh, she said she feels very impatient, but when she is microdosing, she's much more in flow and she just feels so much clearer. Thinking like when she microdoses, it feels like some of her best days ever because she's clear, she's calm, she's productive, she's creative, and she knows that other business owners might be thinking, Do you take that and work? And she says, Yes, of course I do, because you don't feel you don't feel high, you're not hallucinating. If anything, she feels like she is firing on all cylinders and that she's able to think in this higher order level and with greater ease. Because with something like, you know, a patient comes in to receive her services, right? And she's diagnosing and thinking about patient care, and she has to do this for many people over the course of the day, and that's not as simple as okay, if A, then B. People are telling her many different symptoms, and she needs to look at it from a holistic picture and be able to really activate lots of different areas of her brain in order to treat effectively, and she's able to do that when she's microdosing. And then when she thinks about like the program of Limitless Woman, really in specific and what it's given to her, you know, what we start off with with everyone is a deep dive into human design. Uh, I find it to be really helpful in figuring out what's actually going to light you up. And I want to talk about someone else in particular in this episode as we kind of go through this. Okay, what's what's the experiment look like at the end? Because she was someone who, even though she had never heard of this, was very naturally loving her by her design. I think that was interesting. And for Erin, Erin is a generator, and so she has all these ideas, but she's not meant to be executing on all of it. And because she was executing on all of it, because she was doing so much in her business, there were weeks where she shared that she didn't even want to go to work. And she knew she built this thing. She was so proud of this thing that she built. It's exactly what she said she wanted, but now she doesn't want to be there. And through the process of looking at her human design, of doing this infamous list that I have everyone do inside Limitless Woman, she was figuring out what needed to be off her plate, onto somebody else's, and really where she should be dedicating her information or her energy and what she was best at. And one of the big things that we talked about was that I had told her, babe, you gotta stop stalking the toilet paper. Um, she also shared her frustrations. She's a chiropractor, that they're sort of this model of chiropractic clinics, and it was very much presented as this is how we're doing it, and this is how you have to do it, and we're not really going to help you until you do it our way. And she was really tired of feeling like no one wanted to work with her on her mission, they just wanted to replicate their own. Uh, she is someone who we talked about this concept of reactance, where, and you can even have this happen to yourself, but if you tell yourself what to do or someone else tells you something to do, it becomes very uh there's a lot of pushback in the mind. And I you can see that in how Erin describes her business because she talks about how she didn't start it to have a cookie-cutter framework. She wanted to really do things her way. The ultimate freedom of schedule is really what freedom means to her. She doesn't want to have to be somewhere if she doesn't want to be. And there were coaches that were telling her you need to sell massive packages and treat 20, 25, 30 patients in a day. And she just thought, no, like the neither of those feel good to me, neither of those are what I want to be doing. And she had this career in oil and gas, and she said she left corporate for a reason, and no one was gonna tell her how many patients a day she had to treat or how many weeks she was going to be able to take off in a year. She just wanted to be able to go and do that. So, on the other side of it now, she has really allowed herself to own what she wants and how she wants to run her business. And for her, she realized that treating new patients is not the thing that lights her up the most. That really what she is enjoying is this stage of business building. And she wants to perfect the systems in her clinic to help other people do the same. Because for chiropractors who get into, we'll call them corporate positions, whether you work for um another service provider near the chiropractor there, or you work for like a government institution, you are really stuck in that model of you have to see 20, 25, 30 patients in a day. There isn't the same freedom and flexibility. So she wants to perfect the model that she's building so that she can teach other people how to build chiropractic clinics and interdisciplinary clinics because she has um massage therapist, she has physical therapists, she has had uh stretch practitioners, so lots of different people working under her, but within the field of bodily maintenance and proper function, I guess is what that's how I'm gonna describe it. Um, and also really being able to own that she loves her this one technique, which is called nasal release, and really focusing in on that and growing her practice and client base around that because she felt very locked into treating patients in the traditional chiropractic model, and that was not lighting her up. So, on the other side of that, now giving herself that freedom, and you know, she hit the income level that she had been waiting to hit. She no longer feels dread starting off the week, and that was huge. That's really what she wanted. She just wanted to stop feeling like she had this brain block, stop avoiding this business that she built. And the reason she was avoiding it because she was doing things that weren't genuinely lighting her up, and when she gave herself permission to want the things that she was wanting and focused on those things, everything else just naturally fell into place. This woman showed up who was just amazing for front-of-desk help, and she really took over so much of the stuff that Erin did not need to be doing. Um, she got really clear on these larger SOPs for hiring, for reviews, for product structure. She got super clear on her ad spend. So it was just so many things that that came together in order to produce this business that Erin is now excited to be a part of. And her measure of success, I ask everyone when they start, what's your measure of success, right? And hers was I want to be able to go home to Canada and spend a week in my family cabin. I sorry, a month in my family cabin in July. So she is actually there now. She is in her family cabin, and she isn't spending the entire month. She's going to come back for a little bit in July, but she is gonna then go back out for two more weeks. And we talked a lot about like, do you want to just go for the month? And she said, as she things are right now, no, but she's bringing on a student who is graduating, and then they will be full-time in her business, and then she really will be able to do that, to do just that, to take a whole month and go somewhere and have it be completely fine. And I think it would be completely fine. Um, but it's just she's the only one who does the nasal release technique in her office right now. And so when she has that student come on, which is sort of a matter of time, we couldn't rush that, right? This girl has to graduate and get her licenses and things. Uh, but when that happens and she comes on in full-time in the clinic, Erin will have that freedom, and that was her measure of success, and it's just really exciting to see that happen. So that is on the other side of Erin, and she's really the person who I spoke into the most in that February 11th episode because again, she just had such a clear case of like text bur textbook burnout, and she just fit so well within the Limitless Woman model. But today I really want to focus on another client who from the jump I knew that she would be a great fit for Limitless Woman. She didn't have the same like textbook symptoms at the beginning as Erin did, but she has really a hundred percent honed in on the process that is Limitless Woman, the integrate to elevate framework. And so I want to talk to you about her transformation as the other side of the experiment inside Limitless Woman. So when this woman came to me, one thing that I was really excited about that felt really um, it felt like a little wink from the universe was this woman said, Hey, I realized I had anxiety about a month ago. And nope, I didn't want to talk to a therapist. I didn't want to go on an SSRI. And again, I am not sitting here anti-pharmaceutical. Like, for instance, last week I was really sick. If I had thought like I had strep or something, I definitely would have gone to the doctor and gotten an antibiotic. Um, I didn't feel like it was that just some weird summer cold. That's all to say, I had surgery. You know, I'm not afraid of Western medicine. I do think we rushed to do these things that are band-aids. And so this woman said, I found out that I realized I had anxiety about a month ago, and I was searching actually for someone else on Instagram about microdosing someone that I had seen a while ago, but I found your page, and then I saw this program with most woman, and I'm starting this products-based business, and I just feel like this is exactly what I want. So she came to me with uh pretty uh classical anxiety, not necessarily burnout, but her anxiety flavor was thought looping and rumination and like apocalyptic thinking. A lot of it was around death, like, oh, if someone dies, and what am I, am I gonna be able to take care of all these things, etc.? And it was starting to really impact her ability to show up in her family home. It was really impacting her sleep. That was her measure of success. Was she wanted to feel like she got good sleep and then actually felt rested because it was just throwing off everything else in her life, and obviously she wanted to quit these looping thoughts. So, not necessarily a stereotypical case of burnout presenting from the from the jump, but one thing that really stood out to me was she said, I'm starting this new product-based business. She was very instrumental in her husband's business, so she was already very familiar with the business lingo. That's always what I say to someone. Like, I, if you don't know what a CAC is, like I probably am not the spot for you to start. I like when people have a little bit more business acumen and experience. Um, because again, this isn't another strategy program. You probably know all the strategies, and I'm happy to share other strategies that I know and see what works for you. It's for someone who is really looking to grow and expand on their terms, and because she had this experience with her husband's business and now is building her own products-based business, like this is perfect. You, this is not your first rodeo. It is your first rodeo with your own business with products, but you already have your your sea legs in the business world. So that's what really made me excited about working with her. And she just like she had great energy. She has great energy, she's so great. Um just everything about her and and how she uh showed up to the calls and things made me think, yes, this is exactly who I want to come and work with inside Limitless Woman. And so we went through the framework together. And like I say, in the first step of the integrate to elevate framework, it really is this idea of master the dose and using microdosing as the foundation. Um, because it is one of the best tools that I know to regulate your nervous system. So when your body comes out of this prolonged state of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, it finally feels safe enough to grow and expand in a sustainable way. And that's what she noticed. Right away, these looping thoughts were stopping. She was feeling more rest. Um, she was experiencing more patience in her family home. She also felt more productive, like Erin had shared. So that was step one. And we just got on a really solid microdosing protocol, and she started to see the benefits right away. So after we got to a very great place of uh of calm, of regulation, we got super clear on what it is that she really wanted. And that's when we got more into okay, so you're building this business, where did this idea come from? Her why was was really big, her why was really connected to her heart, and she was the person who I was talking about when we did a human design rundown. She was basically already living her human design, although she was not familiar with the concept of human design. Like Erin, she was a generator, and when we made the list, there were still plenty of things that I was like, babe, we you do not need to be doing this. Like you, there's no way that you have enough to give to the the family business and your business if you're doing all of these things. So that was a huge thing that we first of all worked on looking at like you do not have to be doing all these things, who can you delegate these things to? Who can you bring in and hire so that ultimately you have more time and space to do the things that you want to do? And so after uh looking at that, after you know making this list and going through that process, we also got to be super honest about how she wanted to get there because when she started uh working with me, she sent me this Instagram, I think they're called new nudies, newlies. It's a woman who totally built this. Oh gosh, I don't remember exactly what the product is. You guys are probably like, no, I know what this I know what this is, Julie. But she started it all on Instagram and she built a personal brand, and then she had, you know, the public launch of her product, and it does super well. She has a huge following, right? Um, so someone that I was looking at, I sent her um one of my mentors, Lori Harder's products, Glosi, and now Glow Lori has a huge personal brand, and then she launches product Glosi, right? And so we're kind of thinking about this, we're thinking about how she could build a personal brand, but not being on her phone was a big thing for her. And ultimately what she decided is I don't want a personal brand and I don't really want this to explode on the internet. Also, because when we got clarified, when we got clarity on her values, it was abundantly clear that a big part of why she's starting this particular product-based brand is because she feels like we're losing so much human connection on the internet. So it would be really weird and contradictory to build this products-based business so heavily on the internet, relying so heavily on social media, when the whole point of the product is actually to bring people back into real life with human connection. And we found this out by doing some focus groups, and so what she decided to do is instead launch her product in a grassroots way, community-based, in-person experiences in small groups, because she had so much success and positive feedback from the writing rooms that she was doing, these focus groups. And it we took a hard pivot, right? Absolutely no, but she's gonna still have a social media for her product, but it's not like she's going to be this big face of the brand. And honestly, the brand is growing through word of mouth, through human, real life connections. So I at no point pressured her to have this brand. Um, I said, you know, this is definitely a way that we have a lot of models who have already done it. Models, you know, meaning people we can look to and take inspiration and learn from, not like runaway models. But she was very committed to doing it her own way, and so we did. And she is continuing to do it her own way, and these focus groups are getting so much positive attention. And from this, you know, after we got clear on her way and doubling down and reflection of her values and what's most important to her and how she wants to live her life and grow her family, we also were removing all of these like sneaky blocks that have really stopped you from living in your zone of genius. And for someone who like this is really her first foray, she didn't even know she was in her 40s and didn't know that she had any anxiety until a month before the program started. There were a lot of things that she hadn't really looked at in the past of, oh, I guess this is, you know, impacting me from my childhood. And well, now that I stop and think about it, I have this exercise called Don't Bury the Lead, which is essentially like, hey, I know you might not think because we're working on your business career that this thing from your childhood has any effect on whatever is happening now in these ways, but it does. And so after we started peeling the onion inside the bury the lead exercise, a lot came up where she realized, oh, this has been holding me back. And you know, it's it's there's some dust that gets kicked up in this process, but the the past will continue to haunt you until the dust is kicked up and you fully move through it. So not always the most comfortable part of the process, but this shows up in ways that you self sabotage, and it was a part of even why she couldn't let go of certain things. On her to-do list and had this need to control and seeing that and untangling all of it and getting to the place where she had worked through it, it was no longer haunting her, and that she could let go of these things, she could quiet that little Regina George in her head that was discounting all of her efforts. That when she's that's when she really started to see a lot of momentum, and that's when we doubled down on creating this like clear roadmap to success and prioritizing, enjoying the process above all else. Because if you are, it feels like a drudge and a sludge, it's really going to show up in your results. So for her, this looked like bringing in someone to finally take over financial aspects from her, getting support in that way, um, cleaning up a lot of contracts, um, and making sure that she was protected in those ways. Cause again, I used to be an attorney. This isn't, you know, this isn't legal advice, but we talked about the way that her contract wasn't really honoring her and all of the work that she was going into. And so she wasn't feeling supported, and you know, the family business wasn't feeling supported. So how could she possibly have the results that she wanted? Um, and then you know, the the integration, this was a big thing for her when she came to me during the integration month. So month one and two, you go through the program. There's a course portable out, right? With the integrate to elevate framework, you're hopping on these calls with me every week. We're figuring it out, we're moving through it. And then in month three, it's totally off from the calls. You can still obviously work through the program and get support from me on Telegram, but but it's not so active. It's it's meant for you to see like what's working really well without sort of that larger level support. What isn't? Where are the gaps? Where can we refine? So when we hop back on calls month four, we're able to close a lot of loops. Month four is the loop closing month. I love it so much. But during the integration month, she came to me and was like, Hey, um, I think I want to start micro-grossing again. I'm noticing these thoughts. And I was like, Okay, like you totally can, and let me ask you some questions. And through those questions, she realized that she had dropped a lot of this intentionality that she had brought into her life. And when she picked the intentionality back up, she didn't need the microdosing. The microdosing was the vehicle to get her to start being intentional and start, you know, again, downregulating, forcing you out of that fight, flight, freeze or fun. But that she had the regulation, she had just dropped the tool. And so when she brought the tool back, she realized, okay, no, I'm good. Like I probably do want to microdose again, but I don't feel like I need it. It's not going to quote unquote save me because I have the tools to change the day-to-day function of my life. So that's when really the shifts come in and they they get to be sustainable, they get to be embodied, they get to be something that that you take with you long after the program ends because that's where the juice is. That's where you start to notice yourself living in your zone of excellence, if not all the time, then most of the time. And so now to have her be on the other side of the program and you know, seeing her husband's business take off so well, and Sisy, all of the hype and excitement that she has built up around her products-based business and really the impact that people are having from it is it's really beautiful and makes my heart so happy because again, her why was so pure of why she wanted to start this program in the first place. Uh, she knows she told me my measure of success whenever I have a retreat is I want people to cry. Uh, she goes, Everyone was crying. It's the emotional release that women need these days. I got a lot of good feedback, and I have some interesting avenues to pursue. This is where we really got the idea for this grassroots movement. She said everyone was ready to do a pre-order and sign up for hosts. So a lot of pieces are moving, but it is all happening, and that's we want the movement, and we want you to feel capable of holding the movement as well. Made me so happy to see her go through this process and just one well, Erin is another example, but so I guess two examples of what can happen for you inside Limitless Woman going through this integrate to elevate framework. Um, very exciting. Very excited to start the next round. If you check this link in the show notes, you're going to notice that there is the wait list for Limitless Woman. It will be open until July 10th. So a waitlist is absolutely no pressure. It is a place to get first access to one of the only 10 spots of the next round. It's also a place where you're gonna receive some awesome bonuses and the most exclusive pricing, but absolutely no pressure to sign up from the waitlist. The wait list is just again a place to get first access from the spots. It's like you have a coupon at a store, but you don't actually have to use it if you decide that it's not for you. Um, or if, yeah, it's just not the right fit for this program. So definitely check out sign up for the wait list linked in the show notes below and for my integration for you. I want you to ask yourself where in my life, and this doesn't have to be in your business or career, it could be in your health, it could be anywhere. Where in my life am I doing something because I feel like I have to or I should, but I don't actually enjoy it? And this again might show up in the way that you're working out, or the kale salad you force yourself to eat, or the book club that you actually don't enjoy, but you continue to do it anyway because you feel like you have to, right? Where am I? And this is just a question to get curious: where am I forcing myself to do something because I think that I have to or I should be doing it, but I don't actually enjoy the process. That is my integration question for you this week. I'm so excited to talk to you soon, kittens, and I hope you have a great day. That's the end of today's trip. But remember, the real magic has always been inside of you. If this episode landed, send it to a friend who's ready to step into their next level. And make sure you're following the show so you never miss a dose. I'll be back again soon with another day on the path to your most limitless life. And until then, trust yourself, follow your intuition, and keep asking, how good can it get?
